  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak seasons (sales, festivals), processing may take up to 5 business days.

3. Shipping Charges

  • You can track your shipment via the courier’s website or our Order Tracking page.

5. Delivery Attempts & Delays

  • If you are unavailable during delivery, the courier may attempt again or contact you for rescheduling.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by:

    • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses

    • Unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, natural disasters, etc.)

6. Damaged or Lost Parcels

  • If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product.

  • If your parcel is lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Return Policy.

7. Customs & Duties (International Orders)

  • International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their country.

  • Rasathe Garments is not responsible for customs delays.
