Refund policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns can be initiated only on the one condition that you bought the wrong size. You will have to intimate us within 1 day of receipt of the product.

To make sure you don't get the wrong size it is okay to change your order while we whatsapp you to confirm your size purchase.

If we have sent you the wrong piece or wrong size or a damaged product we are responsible for the entire thing, we would either initiate a refund or we will give you a replacement for the same. 

In case you have bought the wrong size you will have to initiate the return, We do not have a return courier pickup service for now. So you will have to courier the product back to us in your expense. An additional courier charge of Rs.60 within Tamil Nadu or Rs.120 outside Tamil Nadu will be charged for courier.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
If you have worn and used the product or washed the product and damage is due to usage, then return is not eligible.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
